Lake Bistineau State Park

Lake Bistineau was formed in 1935 when a permanent dam was built across Loggy Bayou. Today, there are six trails that form a moderate 9.0 mile loop. In addition to the 27-square mile lake, the park features a disc golf course, picnic sites, camping areas, and two boat launches. There is also a 4.0 mile equestrian trail for a $3 per horse fee.
