Sandstone Multi-Use Trail

The Sandstone Multiple-Use Trails are a group of three trails that offer 36 miles of pine upland forest for hikers, bikers, horseback riders, and OHV operators. These trails pass through various campgrounds within the Kisatchie Ranger District, and users can create customized trips depending on how far they want to travel and how many days they want to stay. All three trails are labeled with green markings:

  • North Loop (16 miles)
  • South Loop (15 miles)
  • Cut-Across Trail (5 miles)
